HI! I'M MIA

I am a long-time mindful movement lover and have a deep passion for helping others fall in love with moving their bodies. 

 

For the past 8 years I have been teaching through the forms of Yoga, Kids Yoga, Pilates, Pole dance, flexibility and group fitness both online and in-person.

Find me empowering the masses in studios or spreading love through classes online!
